The property lacked many basic hospitality standards. There was too many issues to try to fix so we ended up leaving the Positive: Location Negative: - facilities were in poor condition - dead mosquitos on the wall with blood splatters - superrr hot and fan doesn’t cover the entire space, can’t open window because basically everyone can see you in the morning/ no mesh to prevent mosquitos at night. - broken and rusty fan was provided - broken fridge leaking water everywhere - no basic needs for short stays hand soap, small water bottle, coffee, napkins - chipped plates/mugs and dirty rusty utensils - help was not provided in a timely manner, wasted half of my day to get the broken fan and I had to chase one of the workers to get it.

Competitive price with compromise Positive: Good location, close to beaches, viewpoints, bus stop, restaurants. Negative: It was very hot in the night, uncomfortable bed, very difficult to have rest. The furniture was worn-out.

Millorable Positive: La piscina i la situació Negative: Quan no canvien les tovalloles en tots els dies. La terrissa amb formigues i termites al marc de la porta de la terrassa.

Positive: Studio agréable avec terrasse sans vis a vis

Positive: So.. I have read the reviews, and I was a bit afraid. However, it was very nice surprise - Apartment 5 was quite spacious, nice bathroom, great terrace with only one neighbours well separated. Pool was clean, big, nice. And especially the place was in the residential villas area, which was calm comparing to the seaside area with large hotels. Negative: problem with the entrance door key, bathroom window to the entrance corridor. Some salt/pepper as a basic would be cool in the kitchen.
