Positive: Good value for the money. Negative: The shower was partially broken and all around the bathroom visible mold.

If allocated to apartment 13, request to be moved. Positive: Host are responsive to guests requests and feedback. Situated away from the main hustle of resort surrounded by beautiful nature and views. Apartments close to beach and Cami de Cavalls. There’s a laundry room on site with two washing machines and two tumble dryers - handy for those commuting around the island and no charge to use. Note: One washer machine is faulty / doesn’t work which isn’t ideal when there’s 20 apartments on site for peak season. Negative: Allocated apartment 13 located on ground floor with view of pool. Soon as opened apartment front door, the smell of damp and mold was pungent. The apartment receives no day light which will be why there’s a horrendous odour. There’s also terrible condensation in the apartment. Plug in kitchen sink didn’t fit, so washed dishes in mop bucket. Also a cockroach lying on its back on bedroom floor. Reported concerns to property management company - they moved me next day to an upstairs apartment with a river view - which is a lot nicer. Boiler didn’t work in new apartment and no water supply. Property management did get maintenance team to fix the boiler, and water returned after 1-2 hour cut off. After reading reviews, the water supply seems to be a common theme. Not much water in hot tank. Okay for solo traveller but wouldn’t want to be a family for use of bath/shower facilities. Walls and floors are paper thin, so can hear everything that other guests are doing which can ruin a nights sleep. Personally wouldn’t return but if you’re looking for a budget apartment, this may be place for you.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à l'étape hôtel The Desmais. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, la terrasse dominant la piscine est juste ce qui convient au bien-être et lâché prise. Notre régisseur David est très réactif et répond rapidement à nos besoins. Troisième année que nous fréquentons cet établissement, hors saison naturellement pour éviter l'afflux dans la résidence et dans la station..

Positive: Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen in den Jahren gekommen aber man hat alles was man braucht, sie hat eine angenehme Größe und ist sehr sauber. Die Lage war für mich super. Sehr ruhig und mit Blick ins Grüne und trotzdem nur 8-9 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Es gibt auch ein sehr gutes Cafe und zwei tolle Restaurants ganz in der Nähe.. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Mein Haartrockner hat nicht funktioniert und ich habe gleich einen neuen bekommen. Negative: Die Wohnung war etwas kalt und hat ein bisschen nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Das Wetter war aber auch nicht so optimal in den Tagen davor. Die Wohnung ist auch etwas hellhörig

Bien,pero con detalles Positive: el apto es muy cómodo,la ubicación tranquila Negative: MI apto era el 13,con vista a la piscina. Además de los varios escalones que hay que subir, que el lavarropa y secarropa es de uso común y son 2 (para 20 aptos).Que nunca hubo nadie en recepción, que la comunicación con Menorca maravilla no es proactiva, que el tv es minúsculo (no nos importo porque no lo vimos),o que las vistas a lugares históricos todavía las estoy buscando....y que... Estuvimos sin energía eléctrica en la zona de lavado y secado y sin wifi todo un día...y además Nuestro vuelo salía temprano por lo que nos fuimos antes del amanecer, bajamos toda la escalera solo con una luz de emergencia ya que las luces se nos explico están conectadas a un timer..(seria bueno conectarlas a una célula fotoeléctrica ya que se ve que no adecuan las horas de encendido del timer.)...en fin...aparte de eso ,lo demás bien
