Bella vacanza a Minorca Positive: La posizione la cucina tutta ristrutturata ed attrezzata benissimo. Il terrazzo è piscine molto belle Negative: Purtroppo le lenzuola erano maleodoranti ,mancano zanzariere le Imposte non si chiudevano perfettamente e il bagno un po’ datato

Nearly perfect Positive: Excellent location!!! Clean on arrival Kitchen well resourced including proper fridge freezer and full sized oven Plenty of space for 6 3 bedrooms - 1 double bed with wardrobe, 1 twin bed, small with wardrobe and drawers under bed, 1 twin without any storage, but did have its own balcony 3 balconies, pool view, sunset view Outdoor and indoor tables and chairs Large kitchen dinner with room for a settee, but no settee. Staff friendly and helpful Extra sheets, towels, loo roll and fan when requested Responded to WhatsApp and email in working hours Lovely pool setting, almost had the pool to ourselves Beach very close- located down the steps at the back Negative: 1) Unfortunately, it was too hot for just fans. (34/35°) Air-conditioning would make this apartment perfect. Sleeping was particularly difficult 2) I hadn't realised cleaning wasn't included, but mop and dust pan were available. Recycling bins are in the street. 3) staff only available until 3pm. Saturday - no staff, Sunday - only for a couple of hours. This caused an issue when we discovered the oven was out of gas and had bought food to cook that evening. 4) When reception isn't manned, there is no access to a toilet near the pool - you need to use your room. This was particularly an issue on our last day. However, we found a solution. There are showers to use as a courtesy area. 5) When we asked for a towel and sheet change, we were given a pile and changed them ourselves. I'm not sure they would have been changed if we didn't ask. 6) less parking places than expected - 3 out the front ( 1 is disabled) some tight spaces down a side street. Avoid the single yellow line or you could get fined. 7) The pool was a lovely area and water clean, but some tiles were chipped which cut the children's toes. Also, above the water it was green on the walls

Séjour en famille Positive: Séjour très agréable. Emplacement idéal pour sillonner l'île. Appartement très confortable Negative: Peut-être un petit manque d'équipement dans la cuisine (économe, couvercles pour les poêles...) mais rien d'important

Hace años que venimos a estos apartamentos porque nos sentimos como en casa. Son sencillos, pero la ubicación es perfecta. Este año hemos tenido alguna pequeña incidencia pero David nos lo ha solucionado a la perfección. Volveremos

Divertido Positive: Que era grande, buen situado, con cala al lado y con ventiladores y parasoles para la play Negative: Habia hormigas, la piscina sucia, la recepcion casi siempre cerrada
